Crystal For Better Concentration
Concentration
takes some time and effort to develop, but with a strong will and
help from crystals like turquoise and clear quartz you can get it,
writes Mita Bhan
I want to go overseas for studies, want to appear for competitive
exams. Unfortunately I just cannot concentrate on my books for long
enough. How can I improve my mental powers of concentration, are
there any crystals which can help me?
Concentration
takes time and effort to develop, but with a clear will it can be
done. I have found yoga and meditation to be the best ways to
enhance our facilities of focus and memory. Yellow is considered to
be an effective color and placing something yellow on your study
desk may help enhance your
Concentration.
In Crystal
healing there are crystals available for
Concentration
and focus and the most popular and effective stones are turquoise,
carnelian and clear quartz, all easily available and affordable.
Turquoise may be worn as a pendant set in silver or place on your
study desk, do remember to opt for a naturally mined blue stone and
ensure it’s not a dyed piece.
Carnelian, a deep orange stone that’s easily available in India and
extremely affordable works very well as an aide to concentration and
clarity. Place a few tumbled stones of carnelian on your study desk
after cleansing them thoroughly or a piece of carnelian which is a
beautiful deep orange stone. Place either of them on your work desk
after cleansing thoroughly. Both stones have been revered for
centuries and help clear confusion, aid powers of focus and clarity
and at a deep and subtle level, allow for better communication.
A cluster of clear quartz or a pendant set in silver aids clarity to
the mind, recharges your battery and allows information to be
retained. A master healer, clear quartz works excellently when
placed on the study desk or near a computer as it absorbs a lot of
geopathic stress. Do remember to cleanse it regularly.
Make sure you study during a time when you are at your brightest and
most alert. Some people prefer early mornings, while some feel that
they study best at night.
